- A competition holder will need to have a presence on the Internet, be it a website or a directory advert in this portal;
- The competition will be structured in such a way that the answers to the competition question(s) will be found in the advertiser's directory advert or website;
- A competition will run for a minimum of 3 months;
- Any competition prize has to have a value of R1 000 or more;
- A marketing fee (besides the cost of the prize) of R250 plus VAT per month will be charged for the duration of the competition. This fee will be paid upfront for the duration of the competition;
- All competition entries will be received online by Blaauwberg Online (the publishers of this portal);
- Blaauwberg Online will administer the competition on the competition holder’s behalf and draw the necessary winners of the competition;
- Blaauwberg Online will notify the winners and the competition holder of all details;
- The competition holder will receive details of all entrants should he/she so choose.
